Before writing begins
Changed your mind? If we haven’t started writing your song yet, you can cancel for a full refund — no questions, no forms, just email us and it’s done.
Once writing starts
Each song is written to order around your names and memories, so it can’t be resold. Instead of refunds at this stage, every order includes a revision round: tell us what to adjust and we’ll re-record those sections until it sounds like your story.
Delivery & keepsakes
- Digital files (MP3, lyrics, instrumentals) are delivered by email to the address on your order.
- Deluxe physical keepsakes (framed lyric sheet, display vinyl) ship within 3–4 weeks. Damaged in transit? We replace them free.
- Rush requests are handled case by case — tell us your date before ordering and we’ll confirm in writing.
